I'm a Senior Building Inspector & a Senior Plans Examiner for a city in California, teaching building codes since 2018. I am going off on my own and now launching my comprehensive 2024 IRC B1 Exam course (BETA) with more courses to come.

The 2024 IRC Building Code B1 Course covers the essential code requirements that an aspiring Residential Building Inspectors needs to understand to pass the ICC B1 Exam covering Chapters 1-10 of the 2024 International Residential Code published by the International Code Council®
