- A quick conflict check. C3 uses your project's city and county, and the parties' names if there are any, to confirm there is no conflict of interest before the call.
- A candid first conversation. You describe the situation in your own words, and Dennis tells you what the code requires and where you have options. If it isn't something C3 can help with, you'll hear that on the call.
- Your next step. If it's a fit, C3 outlines the scope and fee for the work, and nothing starts until you agree.
